Originally from North Carolina, Jennifer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before beginning her career as an attorney. Today, Jennifer lives in Rye with her husband and their two young children. Her 7+ years of practicing real estate amongst the top 1% of agents in Westchester combined with her experience building her own home with her husband in Rye have trained her to accurately assess a property/home and determine what can be done to add long term value for buyers and the highest return on investment for sellers.
What Chelsea loves most about her career is the ability to constantly meet new families and listen to their stories. Some of the most rewarding experiences have been working with clients who need sympathy and compassion when dealing with a difficult sale, but also seeing life begin for young families in a new community.
In her free time, Chelsea loves to stay active, go on walks with her dog Pippa to the Rye boardwalk, listen to music, and read a good thriller novel! She has a newborn baby named Amelia and loves connecting with other mom’s in the community.
Justin has lived in Manhattan, South Africa and Europe, various parts of vibrant NYC and Brooklyn, and now the charming village of Larchmont with his partner and two children. He has seasoned experience representing local and international clients, as well as extensive connections throughout the city, the Hamptons and Westchester. Justin successfully manages a Brooklyn based team, the Dupree Team, that has serviced all of Brooklyn and NYC for over 20 years.
His expertise in the city naturally translates to Westchester, as he has a strong understanding of the needs and wants of those relocating to Westchester and has successfully worked with clients to find homes in Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Bronxville, New Rochelle and surrounding Lower Westchester areas. A longtime resident of Larchmont, Justin is also an active member in his local community serving on the board of the Larchmont Garden Civics Association. His free time is happily consumed by spending time with his family and enjoying his appreciation for art and architecture.
Brittany brings a refined perspective and deep local insight to her real estate practice, shaped by both her professional background and personal experience. Brittany lives in mid-country Greenwich with her husband, Phil, and their three children.
